Educational Qualification/शिक्षण :-

• किमान 2 कालावधीसाठी वकील म्हणून सराव केलेला असावा मध्ये कायदा अधिकारी म्हणून वर्षे आणि किमान 13 वर्षे सेवा शेड्युल्ड कमर्शियल बँक आणि मध्ये सेवा केली असावी मुख्य व्यवस्थापक (कायदा) आणि त्यावरील किमान 3 वर्षांसाठी क्षमता किंवा अनुसूचित कायदा अधिकारी म्हणून किमान 15 वर्षे सेवा
• कमर्शिअल बँक आणि च्या क्षमतेने काम केले पाहिजे मुख्य व्यवस्थापक (कायदा) आणि त्याहून अधिक किमान 3 वर्षे.बारमध्ये वकील म्हणून नावनोंदणी झाल्यानंतरचा अनुभव असावा परिषद
• Should have practiced as Advocate for a minimum period of 2 years and Minimum Service of 13 years as law officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank and should have served in the capacity of Chief Manager (Law) & above for at least 3 years
• OR
• Minimum Service of 15 years as law officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank and should have served in the capacity of Chief Manager (Law)& above for at least 3 years. The experience should be after enrolment as advocate with Bar Council

Age Limits/वय:-

• 01.12.2022 रोजी कमाल वय 50 वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त नसावे
• Maximum age as on 01.12.2022 should not exceed 50 years
